NEW ORLEANS-Mark Inman, age 33, has been named to Real Estate Forum's 45 Under 40 List. Inman is vice president and managing broker with Coldwell Banker Commercial TEC Realtors.

Since joining the company in 2005, Inman has has overseen the management, sales and leasing of more than 700,000 square feet of office space in the New Orleans metro area, and is currently in the running to lease and manage properties for the Aviation Board of New Orleans. Sources also say Inman is in the running as heir to lead Coldwell Banker TEC Realtors. Inman earned his CCIM designation in 2009 and has received Coldwell Banker Commercial's Circle of Distinction Award from 2009 to 2012. The award is given to only 3% of sales associates based on closed production.

Inman has been a member of the Louisiana Bar Association since 2011. He also serves on the Next Gen Council of the Greater New Orleans Regional Economic Alliance.
