Barker Pacific Inks New Leases and Expansions for Hamilton Landing

NOVATO, CA–Development is now 85% leased by a variety of tenants and game developers.

NOVATO, CA–Hamilton Landing has signed three lease expansions and two new major leases, totaling 118,913 square feet.

These new transactions allow Hamilton Landing to retain 50,589 square feet of leased space and provide 68,324 additional square feet in expansions. Novato based game company 2K continues to grow, and it has leased 45,692 square feet in Hangar 9 to house additional development and publishing resources.
