NEW YORK CITY-Infor, a leading provider of business application software, has signed a long-term lease expansion for an additional 49,246 square feet at 635-641 Ave. of the Americas, bringing its total commitment at the building to 92,246 square feet, according to CoStar Group.

Bruce Mosler, chairman of global brokerage, Mark Mandell, EVP, Doron Etzioni, senior managing director and Ethan Silverstein, director with Cushman & Wakefield represented the tenant. Paul Glickman, vice chairman, Diana Biasotti, SVP, Benjamin Bass, associate and Jonathan Fanuzzi, EVP with Jones Lang LaSalle represented the landlord.

The buildings were originally constructed in 1902 as one of the great department stores along the historic "Ladies Mile" and eventually were separated into two buildings. SL Green is performing a comprehensive renovation to re-combine the buildings with an enlarged lobby, new elevators, new windows, restoration of the historic facade, and new storefronts. The building is located between 19th and 20th Streets in Midtown South.
