ALHAMBRA, CA-The 45-acre mixed-use property the Alhambra has renewed expanded leases with its three anchor tenants: University of Southern California, Alliant International University and the Los Angeles County Department of Public Health. The renewals total 126,000 square feet of mixed-use space.

"Our growing relationship with these long-term tenants is a testament to our commitment to work with tenants and ensure we are best supporting their long term success," says Wayne Ratkovich, founder and president of The Ratkovich Co., the owner and operator of the Alhambra mixed-use complex. "Students, faculty and staff come to The Alhambra every day to learn and give back to our community; we're proud to have created a campus for them that is flexible, environmentally conscious, and sustainable."

Already leasing the largest space, The County of Los Angeles signed an additional lease through 2019 for a 17,000-square-foot space, bringing the county's total leased square footage to 214,000. The new space will house the Department of Public Health's substance abuse and prevention and adult treatment and recovery facilities. The department will occupy the new space in the first quarter of 2014.
