DALLAS-David Pinsel, 35, is managing director with Colliers International, Dallas. In 2011, he was promoted to the position of managing director for Colliers International's North Texas Region, from the company's Inland Empire office. During his tenure with the company, Pinsel opened two offices, increased broker headcount by 33% and revenues by more than 50%.
At Colliers, Pinsel participates with the National Investment Brokerage call, the National Net Leased Steering Committee and the Global Technology Enhancement Group, representing brokerage services. He is also involved in the Real Estate Council, Downtown Dallas Inc. and Dallas Regional Chamber of Commerce.
Before joining Colliers, Pinsel was with Sperry Van Ness' Long Beach and Costa Rican offices, where he was one of the founders. A graduate of University of California, Los Angeles, Pinsel began his commercial real estate career with Marcus & Millichap Real Estate Investment Services in Long Beach, CA
