SALT LAKE CITY-DoubleTree by Hilton Salt Lake City Airport, is now open after a renovation and repositioning. The result is a modern, lakeside hotel located two miles from Salt Lake City International Airport.

The 288-room hotel opened Monday following a $5.3 million property-wide renovation to update guest rooms and public spaces with new furnishings and design throughout. Formerly the Hilton Salt Lake City Airport, the hotel remains part of the Hilton Worldwide portfolio under the leadership of new owner and operator, Aimbridge Hospitality.

“The reflagging to a DoubleTree by Hilton signals both leisure and business travelers that they will enjoy special comforts and acts of kindness that align perfectly with this relaxed lakeside location,” said John Greenleaf, global head, DoubleTree by Hilton. “The DoubleTree by Hilton brand is well-known for its caring culture and the genuine warmth of our associates will resonate with our guests and be evident throughout the property, from guest rooms to meeting space.”
