Swire Sets New VP Over $1B Brickell Project

MIAMI—International developer Swire Properties has hand picked a vice president to manage its commercial portfolio at the $1 billion-plus Brickell City Centre project. Find out who it is.

MIAMI—International developer Swire Properties has hand picked a vice president to manage its commercial portfolio at the $1 billion-plus Brickell City Centre project. Jolyon Culbertson is now hands on with the complex.

Culbertson will oversee all of the organizational set up, legal documentation, allocation of operations costs to various commercial assets and property management structure, and staffing on behalf of the commercial portfolio for the Brickell City Centre project. Swire selected its new commercial portfoilio executive from within. Culbertson previously served as vice president of retail leasing for the company.
