SAN FRANCISCO-Studley has promoted Alex Phillips to managing director from assistant director. He is based in the firm's San Francisco office.
Phillips has represented tenants totaling more than 1.5 million square feet in downtown San Francisco and the Bay Area, with a focus on high-growth technology companies, not-for-profit organizations and professional services firms. Clients include OpenTable, ModCloth, Zoosk, Accenture, the San Francisco Foundation, and the Climate Corp.
Prior to joining Studley, Phillips was with UGL Equis and before that the Staubach Co.
He is active in numerous business and community organizations including the Commonwealth Club of California and Symphonix, the young professionals' league of the San Francisco Symphony.
