SAN ANTONIO–Stream Realty Partners plans to build a 126,626-square-foot, class-A mid-rise office building on Loop 1604 in Northwest San Antonio. Stream Realty recently closed on the 16.98 acres on which the speculative development, known as Lockhill Crossing, will be built. The company plans to break ground on the project before the end of the year.

“As demand for high-quality office space continues to rise throughout San Antonio, Stream saw the opportunity to meet that need through Lockhill Crossing,” said Carolyn Hinchey Shaw, vice president at Stream Realty. “This development is the first of its size since 2008 to be built on a speculative basis in the Northwest submarket, San Antonio's strongest growth area.”

Lockhill Crossing will be located at 4530 N. Loop 1604 W in the Northwest submarket of San Antonio and surrounded by an eight-acre greenbelt in a lush, park-like setting. Shaw and Ryan Harrison, both vice presidents at Stream Realty, will lead leasing efforts for the property during development and upon completion.
