MT. LAUREL, NJ-Virtua Health Inc. has taken 18,650 square feet in a building at the Horizon Corporate Center here. WCRE arranged the lease.

The landlord for the 74,000-square-foot building at 2000 Crawford Place is LSOP NJ, LLC, a subsidiary of Somerset Properties. Virtua Health joins current tenants Siemens, 7-Eleven, Burns and Roe, and The Mentor Network.

Christina Del Duca led WCRE's leasing and marketing team, which included Leor Hemo and the firm's principal, Jason Wolf. Newmark Grubb Knight Frank's Jeff Tertel represented the tenant.

“We are very pleased with the result of this total team effort.” said Jennifer Wierman, Somerset's director of leasing. “It has been exciting to watch Virtua's growth in South Jersey, and we are thrilled that WCRE was able to secure them as our newest tenant.”

The corporate center is close to restaurants and shopping centers, including Greentree Square Shopping Center and the Moorestown Mall. The location provides easy access to Routes 73 and 70, as well as I-295 and the New Jersey Turnpike.

Somerset Properties is a full-service commercial real estate company that owns and operates a wide range of property types. The company hired WCRE in July to exclusively lead the marketing and leasing of its southern New Jersey portfolio.

WCRE specializes in office, retail, medical, industrial and investment properties in southern NJ and the Philadelphia region.
