AVANEL, NJ-Cassidy Turley has managed the sale of a 67,000-square-foot industrial building here to Seagis Property Group and is marketing about a third of the space for lease.
Robert Casagrande and Doug Bansbach of CT represented Seagis in the acquisition of 449 Blair Road, on behalf of PNL Companies. The team also represented the seller in the transaction.
“We were able to match the right buyer and the right seller for a great industrial property that is centrally located and features some recent upgrades, which are attractive to new tenants,” said Bansbach.
He said that interest and activity is especially lively right now in the area around Exit 12 of the New Jersey Turnpike. There is 22,000 square feet of space available for lease at the Avenel property.
The facility has a new roof and ESFR sprinkler system; it offers both tailboard and drive-in loading.
Seagis, which is based in Conshohocken, PA, operates 8.5 million square feet of industrial buildings along the eastern seaboard.
