PHILADELPHIA-Colliers International has created a Valuation & Advisory Services team in its headquarters office here, bringing on two commercial real estate veterans to lead it.
John Paul Williams and Lloyd D. Stackhouse were hired from Axiom International.
The new Colliers team will provide analysis of an individual property's fundamentals, its competition, and the overall market dynamics to investment buyers and property owners.
“We believe valuation is a strategic asset for investors and owners, especially in today's business climate,” said Douglas Sayer, president and CEO of Colliers in Philadelphia. “By offering this value-added service to our clients, we can provide clear and prompt reporting to address the big picture,” Sayer said.
The Philadelphia valuation team will be part of Collier's centralized team for the Northeast Region
