NEW YORK CITY-Mashable is looking for new headquarters space of up to 60,000 square feet in the city.
The news website has outgrown its current headquarters of nearly 17,500 square feet at SL Green Realty's 304 Park Avenue South, The Real Deal reports. The company has been expanding its workforce and is expected to move out of the Park Avenue building sometime next year.
CBRE's Sacha Zarba confirmed that Mashable was searching for new headquarters space, but would only say that its new headquarters would be between 40,000 and 60,000 square feet.
A source told the newspaper that Mashable would prefer to remain in the Gramercy Park area. See story in The Real Deal.
