Nadel Completes $165M MF Complex

MARINA DEL REY, CA-Nadel Architects-designed multifamily complex the Shores has completed construction and is accepting new tenants. Located at 4201 Via Marina in Marina del Rey, the $165 million project replaced a 1960 complex of two-story, garden-style apartment buildings.

Developed and owned by Shores LLC‘s Jerry Epstein and actor Kirk Douglas, the 544-unit complex has 12 interconnected,  five-story buildings. The one- and two- bedroom interior units range in size from 750 to 1,410 square feet, while the complex amenities include a landscaped two-acre courtyard, a pool, two spas, a gym and community rooms. Common areas, like fire pits and barbeque areas, encourage community and interaction.
