CHICAGO—Diana Pittro, executive vice president of Chicago-based RMK Management Corp., has just been elected president of the National Apartment Association's Education Institute. The NAAEI provides education and career development programs for the apartment industry.

“I'm proud to have been chosen by my industry peers to fill this leadership role with the NAAEI because I believe our mission is vital for professionals in the apartment field,” said Pittro. “There are so many facets to the industry that the proper education is a foundation for the success of an apartment professional. Whether someone is just beginning their career, earning their first designation or is a seasoned professional looking to advance, NAAEI is committed to helping them achieve success.”

Pittro has been in the apartment industry for twenty years and is currently the vice president of the NAAEI and regional vice president of the NAA. She is also vice president of the Chicagoland Apartment Association.

RMK Management Corp. manages more than 9,800 apartments in the Chicago, Indianapolis and Minneapolis areas.
