MIAMI—Land is trading across South Florida this year. Although Miami—and in particular Downtown Miami and Brickell—have seen much of the action, Broward County is also getting some attention.

The Boca Raton office of Atlanta-headquartered ARA recently arranged the land sale of an 18.22-acre site in Davie, FL. The site been approved for development of a 224-unit multifamily community.

ARA's South Florida Land Division coordinated the sale to The Richman Group of Florida, Inc., based in West Palm Beach, FL. ARA's Land Division vice president Troy Ballard was supported by ARA principals Avery Klann and Marc deBaptiste in the deal.
