FLORHAM PARK, NJ-The Hampshire Companies has signed a couple of significant leases at its Morris County office building at 15 Vreeland Road:

  • World Wide Packaging, a cosmetic packaging company, signed long-term for 18,787 square feet to house its global headquarters and
  • LGS Innovations, a Bell Labs company that develops networking solutions for the U.S. government, expanded its lease by 4,952 square feet, for a total of 73,644 square feet.

“The upgrades that we've made to the building, coupled with its location in one of Morris County's premier corporate parks, make this an ideal headquarter-quality space for high-caliber tenants like World Wide Packaging and LGS Innovations,” said Mike Harrington, a senior investment manager for Hampshire.

Dan Casey of CBRE represented Hampshire in both transactions. World Wide was represented by Jeremy Neuer and Peter Shikar of CBRE.

The building is situated close to Florham Park's shopping and restaurant center and has easy access to the Livingston Mall and the Mall at Short Hills. There is a mass transit stop in front of the property, a newly renovated lobby with a grab-and-go café and on-site management services.
