ATLANTA—Lee & Associates Valuation and Consulting Services, the appraisal service line of real estate firm Lee & Associates, is off to a strong start in its first year. The firm continues expanding nationally with four new hires, including appraisers in the Atlanta and Greenville, N.C. offices.
Shan Srivastava and Travis Wilson join the firm as senior appraisers in the Los Angeles and Atlanta offices, respectively. Associate Appraiser Harrison Myers starts in the Chicago office, and associate appraiser Tyler Hill will be in the Greenville office.

In January, Lee, a national full-service commercial brokerage firm, launched its valuation arm. Based in Atlanta, Boring, along with Chief Financial Officer Victor Segrest, heads the national service line.
