10-Acre Redevelopment Site Up for Grabs

LOS ANGELES-A 10.3-acre redevelopment site in West Los Angeles has come onto the market. Cumulus Media currently owns the site and occupies a 45,000-square-foot broadcast center on the property.

The site is one of the largest redevelopment opportunities to come onto the market in more than a decade. “A redevelopment site of this size is extremely rare in West Los Angeles,” says CBRE’s Timothy Bower, who is marketing the property on behalf of Cumulus Media. “There simply hasn’t been, nor will there be in the foreseeable future, another development opportunity of this magnitude. An opportunity of this size could become the most significant development in West L.A. since The Grove, which opened in 2002 and altered the retail landscape there considerably.”
