GOLDEN, CO-Intercontinental Real Estate Corporation has completed the sale of Golden Town Center located at 17075-17221 S. Golden Road. The sale was made on behalf of Intercontinental's U.S. Real Estate Investment Fund, LLC (“US REIF”).

Golden Town Center is a 117,882 square foot community shopping center located approximately 16 miles west of Denver. The property includes 620 parking spaces and was constructed in 1999 with renovations in 2003. A King Soopers grocery store anchors the shopping center with 69,693 square feet. Other major tenants include Big 5 Sporting Goods, Sonic, Radio Shack, JP Morgan Chase, and H&R Block.
