EDISON, NJ-River Drive Construction has completed renovation of Cassidy Turley's new office at Raritan Plaza I here.

“Relocating our industrial team to Edison is a strategic decision to better serve our clients and part of our ongoing plan to increase Cassidy Turley's presence in New Jersey,” Raymond Trevisan, Cassidy Turley's managing principal, tells GlobeSt.com.

“The new space achieves our goal of creating an open, modern office to foster communication among team members and create a more collaborative environment which reflects our overall corporate philosophy,” .

River Drive Construction served as the general contractor for the project, which was designed by Aztec Architects.

“As one of New Jersey's leading real estate firm's, Cassidy Turley understands the value of having a nice office, and we're excited to deliver this upgraded space,” said Joe Langan, president of River Drive Construction, which is based in Elmwood Park.

The Raritan Plaza center is owned and managed by Summit Associates. Raritan Plaza I has a total of 262,500 square feet of space on nine floors. Cassidy Turley occupies a first-floor space at the property, located at the intersection of the New Jersey Turnpike, Garden State Parkway and routes 287, 440, 1/9.
