C&W Names Brennan to Top NJ Role

EAST RUTHERFORD-Following last summer's shake-up at the top of Cushman & Wakefield, Kim Brennan moved forward as a leader in the New Jersey office. She was named to a top position Monday.

EAST RUTHERFORD, NJ –Cushman & Wakefield has promoted Kimberly Brennan to be its New Jersey Market Leader. This is the highest management role within the company’s three-office Garden State branch.

Brennan, who has been with the firm since 2005, has been a senior managing director for its offices in East Rutherford, Morristown and Edison. Brennan stepped into increased prominence after the departure of former executive managing director Gualberto “Gil” Medina last summer. Medina abruptly went to CBRE Group two weeks after a shakeup at the top of C&W that installed Ron Lo Russo as president for the Tri-State region.
