CHICAGO—PressSense Pressure Sensitive Papers, Inc., a specialty label paper and print media distributor and converter, has just leased 52,005-square-feet of warehouse space at Heritage Crossing Corporate Center in suburban Lockport, according to officials from ML Realty Partners LLC. The warehouse is a 121,800-square-foot industrial property located southwest of Chicago at 14503 Gougar Rd. near the I-355 and 143rd Street full four-way interchange.

“The primary reason PressSense selected the park was location,” says Patrick Shannon, director at ML Realty Partners. “Our client also sees this as an opportunity to potentially grow their operations within our development.”

Polly Ozack, president of Winner's Edge Inc., represented PressSense and Dan Leahy, Mark Moran, and John Whitehead of NAI Hiffman represented ML Realty Partners in the transaction.
