INDIANAPOLIS—Colliers International | Indiana Region has just added Jim Karozos to its Industrial Group. Karozos will serve as vice president of industrial services within the Indiana Region team. Previously, he spent 16 years as a senior level national account manager for several companies, including Pepsi Beverages, Miller Brewing Company and Red Bull, gaining experience working with national clients in the food and beverage industry before transitioning to commercial real estate in 2009.

“I came to Colliers because of its global brand and platform which complements my experience with local, regional and national clients,” Karozos says. “I was also attracted by the culture, professionalism and integrity of the Colliers' Industrial Team. The Industrial Division has been growing over the past several years and I look forward to continuing that trend.” Prior to joining Colliers, Karozos worked for Lee & Associates as a commercial real estate broker.

It seems like a good time to work in the region's industrial sector, which really started to take off this year. “The Indianapolis industrial market ended Q3 with more than 4.5 MSF of modern bulk facilities under construction, marking the highest level of construction in more than five years,” according to Colliers latest report on the industrial market.

“Jim is a great addition to our Industrial Services Team given his track record of success with large corporations and his focus on providing his clients with superior service,” says Sean McHale, senior vice president and director of industrial services. “We have established some aggressive goals for the upcoming year and I feel confident that his contributions will be significant and he will help us succeed.”
