CHARLOTTE—Progress Student Living has started construction on Progress910, a
luxury student housing community near the University of North Carolina Wilmington (UNCW). When completed, Progress910 will offer three four-story student housing buildings with 528 bedroom/bathroom suites in 168 apartment units.

Located on a 16-acre site at 316 Marlboro Street in Wilmington, Progress910 is located about one mile west of the main entrance to the UNCW campus. UNCW currently has 14,100 enrolled undergraduate and graduate students, a 6% increase over the 2012-2013 academic year. U.S. News and World Report recently ranked UNCW among the top 15 universities in the South and the sixth-best public university in the region.

"Progress910 will be the most luxurious student community in the UNCW market," says Michael Francis Allard, a principal with Progress Student Living."Its location and amenities will make it a popular choice for students who want to live close to campus.”
