NEW YORK CITY-Colliers' Chairman of the Tri-State Region Robert Friedman stopped to chat and share his views on where retail is headed in 2014 at ICSC New York. Giving his views on the all-important questions regarding tenancy and New York City rents, Friedman described his outlook as bullish as he predicted future trends.
