PLANO, TX-Jones Lang LasSalle is working a sublease opportunity here for a new 12-story building, that will soon be empty, and offers room for growth.

Canadian energy company Encana Oil & Gas said last month it will close it's Plano office,

a $120 million 318,000-square-foot high-rise in Legacy business park that fully-leased to the company, according to a report in the Dallas Morning News. The paper quotes JLL agent Greg Biggs, who called the site a “terrific opportrunity,” noting that the four-acre property has room for two additional buildings that could add up to 600,000 square-feet of floor space. The Encana lease has more than 14 years left on the term.
