DALLAS-Crow Holdings has arranged the acquisition of Preston Center Pavilion and Square, a North Dallas retail building.

According to a report in the Dallas Morning News, Dallas-based Crow Holdings represented a private real estate fund in the purchase of the 230,842-square-foot center. The deal included assumption of an existing mortgage on the real estate.

The Preston Center Pavilion building at Douglas Berkshire avenues was originally a department store. In 2002, the multistory building was redeveloped into multiple shops.
