Freight Exporter Signs $15M Lease

LOS ANGELES-Freight exporter PCC Logistics signs a long-term, 10-year lease valued at $15 million for a 207,538-square-foot industrial facility, GlobeSt.com reports in this EXCLUSIVE story.

LOS ANGELES-PCC Logistics, a frozen food-products freight exporter to the Far East, has completed a lease transaction for a 207,538-square-foot industrial facility located at 1241-1245 Watsoncenter Rd. in Carson, CA, GlobeSt.com reports in this exclusive story.  The company signed a 10-year, long-term lease valued at $15 million.

PCC Logistics moved into the space in November 2013. According to Lee & Associates Los Angeles-Long Beach office principal Don Smith, the company chose the location because of its proximity to Heavy Weight Corridor and its access to a railway. Smith along with principal David Bales represented PCC Logistics in the transaction.
