Developer Completes 600,000-SF Distribution Building in Meridian Park

RIVERSIDE, CA-Newcastle Partners is working with Cushman & Wakefield on leasing, and anticipates further projects in the region.

RIVERSIDE, CA-San Francisco developer Newcastle Partners, has completed construction of a 600,000-square-foot class A distribution building in the Meridian Industrial Park in Riverside.

“This project is consistent with Newcastle Partners’ strategy of aggressively growing a substantial industrial portfolio in the Inland Empire,” said Dennis Higgs, Newcastle Partners’ Managing Partner and Founder. “The Inland Empire industrial market continues to outperform other national markets across all fundamentals.”
