Cassidy Turley's Jeffery Wentworth and Sean Spellman represented the landlord, Excel Trust, Inc. of San Diego, Calif. Gee Gee Entz of Heiple Travers Realty represented the tenant.
Leasehawk offers a touch-point solution to connect lease prospects with multi-family properties. Built in 2004, Promenade Corporate Center is a four- story, class A office building featuring two buildings and a parking garage, surrounded by upscale restaurants and shops.
