LOS ANGELES-Property management company the Laramar Group has hired Sarah Kim and Vanessa Propersi as regional managers in the firm's Los Angeles office. Kim and Propersi have expert experience enhancing collaboration of property management teams and managing tenant relations, budgets and operations.

“Sarah Kim and Vanessa Propersi bring vast knowledge of property management and are focused on our goal of ensuring long-term occupancy,” says Jeff Elowe, president and CEO of the Laramar Group. “They will continue Laramar's commitment to providing high-quality portfolio management and tenant service across all of our Southern California properties.” The two will work with Joe Coleman, the Laramar Group VP.

Kim was formerly a regional manager at Riverstone Residential, overseeing seven assets totaling 1,200 units. Her impressive resume includes working as a regional manager at Star Properties, investment manager at the Kor Group-Landmark Property Management and a regional supervisor for LK Properties.  

Propersi was formerly a regional VP for IMT Residential, overseeing 39 properties throughout California. In her 20-year career in property management, Propersi has worked with the likes of Equity Residential, Alliance Residential Co., Western National Group and R.W. Selby & Co.

Earlier this year, GlobeSt.com reported that the Laramar Group named Matthew Levey as VP of acquisitions. Levey had worked as has the VP of acquisitions for Frost/Chaddock Developers LLC. He holds a masters in planning from USC, and has more than 10 years of experience.
