LOS ANGELES-GoJane, an Aeropostale fashion brand, has signed a 7-year lease at EVOQ Properties' Alameda Square for a 10,400-square foot office space on the ground floor of building 1. Scheduled to take occupancy in March 2014, the fashion company will move its corporate headquarters, currently located in Ontario, CA, to the new location.

“Our multi-million dollar modernization and renovation of the campus are attracting an array of fashion, tech and other creative industries that are seeking the one-of-a-kind work space that Alameda Square offers,” says Martin Caverly, CEO of EVOQ Properties. “The buildings offer historic charm, an abundance of natural light with floor-to-ceiling windows and an open floor plan.” Among the other fashion retailers Alameda Square signed this year is Nordstrom-owned and members-only retail outlet store HauteLook.

According to GoJane founder Tony Pang, the company chose the space for its balance of “workplace aesthetic and functionality” and for the prime location near the fashion district and arts district. The downtown corporate headquarters space will accommodate 40 employees.

CBRE's John Zanetos represented GoJane in the transaction.
