PHOENIX—Churchill Commercial Capital, Inc. has hired Jay Quinn as an associate to originate debt and equity for commercial property owners. Mr. Quinn brings an extensive 30-plus year career of real estate experience focused on both debt and equity in commercial real estate, diversified investment operations, portfolio management, and structured finance to Churchill. Mr. Quinn has completed approximately $800 million of development transactions and approximately $3.4 billion in financing, capital market transactions, debt/equity placements and bonding issues across all real estate classes. Previous positions include vice president of capital markets at R.W. Kline and president/CEO of Potomac Capital Group, LLC. Born and raised in Washington DC, Mr. Quinn is a graduate of McDaniel College.
Churchill Commercial Capital is a commercial mortgage banking company established in 1994. Churchill originates and services loans for its correspondent life insurance companies, and arranges debt and equity investments for owners of commercial and multifamily properties.
