MIAMI—There is no lack of data on the alternative workspace industry. Executive office suites behemoths like Regus, along with niche online publications like OfficingToday and Deskmag, have offered plenty of proof that alternative workspace is entering the mainstream.

Jon Bachrach, an analyst at Turnkey Office Space, a countrywide search and consulting service for companies seeing office space with a specialty in executive office suites, virtual offices and coworking, is now working to show more than mainstream adoption. Indeed, his the numbers yield what he calls a “dramatic increase” in the demand for executive office suites in 2014.

Executive office suites go by many names, includes serviced office space, shared offices, and business centers. Essentially it's turnkey office space. Executive office suites come with a package rate that includes furniture, utilities, a receptionist, and more.
