ORLANDO—CBRE's Orlando office has promoted James Mitchell to senior vice president. Mitchell primarily focuses his business model on site acquisition, disposition, and transaction management for national and regional users of retail real estate throughout the state of Florida.

A rising star in the CBRE organization, Mitchell currently represents more than 1 million square feet of institutional-grade retail shopping center product in addition to several new ground up retail development projects. CBRE promoted him to senior vice president for sustaining high performance metrics within his specialty.
