SEATLLE-LA Fitness, one of the leaders in the fitness business, has acquired all 10 Vision Quest Sport and Fitness clubs in the greater Seattle area.
Fitness International LLC, the corporate entity that owns LA Fitness said this week that it had made the deal for the Vision Quest clubs.

For the time being, they continue to be operated under the Vision Quest name, a local media report indicated. The sites involved in the deal are in Seattle, Tacoma, Puyallup, Bothell, Edmonds, Everett and Kirkland.

LA Fitness was the No. 1 club company on Club Industry's Top 100 Clubs list this year with an estimated $1.7 billion in 2012 revenue. The company had remained relatively quiet regarding acquisitions this year after acquiring several clubs in 2011 and 2012.
