MIAMI—CBRE is shaking up its commercial real estate offices from one end of the state to the other. The company is adding new talent and promoting existing talent among its ranks.
First, Randy Anderson, Ph.D. has joined the company as Americas Head of Research. According to CBRE, Anderson brings to a strong and varied background in commercial real estate, including extensive academic experience and hands-on involvement in real estate investment, finance and management.
