HOUSTON- D'Agostino Companies broke ground on a 120,000-square-foot new office development in Houston's Energy Corridor.
Greenhouse at Park Row, is located at the intersection of Greenhouse Road and Park Row Boulevard, just east of the Grand Parkway. Currently, the project is 20% leased is slated for completion in October 2014.
“D'Agostino Companies is excited about this new development due to the location in the Energy Corridor, demand for this product type, and timing with both the market demand and the completion of the Grand Parkway nearing,” said Bryan D'Agostino.
Over three million square feet of office space is under construction in the Energy Corridor and it is one of the most active areas in Texas for new office construction. A dozen new office projects are being developed in the Energy Corridor and dozens more are planned. Class A office vacancy in the Energy Corridor has been around 99% for over a year, as energy companies have been in expanding rapidly in recent years.
“West Houston is one of the strongest markets in Houston, and it continues to attract new tenants,” said Kristen Rabel, Senior Vice President with CBRE Group, Inc in Houston.
Rabel along with Steve Rocher and Parker Duffie with CBRE will oversee leasing for Greenhouse at Park Row.
