SAN ANTONIO- USAA REALCO and Patrinely Group, LLC broke ground on the first phase of their master-planned office development, WestRidge at La Cantera.  The project is located across from the Shops at La Cantera on La Cantera Parkway.

Set to deliver in the fourth quarter of 2014, the four-story office building will add 128,000 square feet of Class A office product to the Northwest submarket in San Antonio. High-end space in the North Central and Northwest submarkets is in high demand with those two areas reported the highest absorption in the city in the fourth quarter, according to CBRE Group, Inc.

“We will create an exceptionally attractive Class A office campus for businesses desiring to locate in a premier destination in La Cantera,” said Dean Patrinely, Managing Principal of Patrinely Group, LLC, which is based in Houston.

Crimson Services, LLC, will handle leasing and property management of WestRidge One and Travis Commercial Real Estate is the local listing broker on the project.

While San Antonio has seen little new office development in last two years proposed projects in the Northwest submarket are emerging. Including Stream Realty's five-story office building, Lockhill crossing set commence in March.
