Outdoor Manufacturer Inks Out-sized Lease

MORENO VALLEY, CA-Deckers Outdoor Corporation has a signed a 10-year lease for an 800,000-square-foot distribution building currently under development here by SARES-REGIS Group.

The building, scheduled for completion next fall, is among three LEED-rated logistics facilities under way totaling 2.2 million square feet by SRG in Southern California’s Inland Empire distribution corridor. Lease consideration totals $37 million. Deckers, founded in Goleta, CA, in 1973, reported $386.7 million in net third-quarter sales. The company has seven brands and employs 2,300 persons in nine countries.
