New Tenants at Renovated I-80 Center

SALT LAKE CITY-CBRE represented the landlord, noting that location, as well as renovations completed in 2012, make the 61,000-square-foot office complex a destination asset.

SALT LAKE CITY-CBRE says two new tenants have signed leases at I-80 Corporate Center, bringing the building’s occupancy to 100%.

Located at 240 East Morris Ave. in Salt Lake City, I-80 Corporate Center offers high visibility from the Interstate—nearly 115,000 cars pass by the building in an average day. Both the interior and exterior of the building were recently renovated; in 2012 the renovation process was completed. A total of 61,000 square feet, the building is now 100% occupied.
