INLAND EMPIRE, CA-Prologis, Inc. has leased an 800,000 square foot logistics facility in Southern California's Inland Empire region to a national retailer.

The building is located at Prologis Park Redlands Distribution Center with direct access to Interstate 10. The speculative development, now fully stabilized, was designed to LEED specifications.
“The Inland Empire is one of our most active U.S. development markets," said Eugene Reilly, chief executive officer, Prologis Americas. "Demand for high-quality logistics properties in this market continues to grow; we are well prepared to meet our customers' needs here with our significant land bank and 33.1 million square foot operating portfolio."
Prologis is the leading provider of industrial real estate in Southern California, with approximately 56.8 million square feet of logistics and distribution space as of September 30, 2013.
