LOS ANGELES-Hospitality development company sbe Entertainment has revealed plans to move its corporate headquarters to Ratkovich Co. property Landmark 5900 Wilshire. sbe will occupy a 30,000-square-foot space with naming rights at the property.
As part of an ongoing expansion, sbe needs more space to accommodate its corporate team, according to the Ratkovich Co. founder, CEO and president, Wayne Ratkovich, who explains "sbe's relocation to 5900 Wilshire exemplifies why the property remains the premier business destination for entertainment, media and emerging tech companies. We look forward to working with sbe to strengthen and expand this relationship for years to come."
The leading hospitality and lifestyle firm chose the location for its “iconic status” and “industry-leading tenants.” “The surrounding area's community of globally influential brands and arts and culture organizations makes it an absolute honor to call 5900 Wilshire sbe's new home,” says sbe founder, chairman and CEO, Sam Nazarian. “Being a part of 5900 Wilshire is something that will have a very meaningful impact on our company and its culture.”
Nazarian recently joined the development and design team for the Camden, a mixed-use development in Hollywood. Nazarian will bring his signature sophistication and edginess the property's residential units, which will target young professionals in the entertainment industry.
