LOS ANGELES-CBRE Group has added project management to its menu of services.

The company's first client is hospitality and travel leader Carlson. CBRE signed a multi-year deal with Carlson to provide project management services to multiple US locations as well as the company's world headquarters.

“CBRE is honored to expand our relationship with Carlson,” says Bill Concannon, CEO of CBRE Global Corporate Services. “Carlson is a long-standing client, and we are thrilled to be able to provide additional services that enable them to operate efficiently and focus on their core hospitality business.”

The family-owned company has 1,300 hotels and 900 restaurants throughout the world. CBRE has already provided facilities management services to Carlson. This new project management services addition is an expansion of their contract.

This isn't the first change from CBRE this year. Already, the company has named a new leader of Americas research, Dr. Randy Anderson. Anderson duties as part of the Americas Operations Management Board will include analyzing market trends and providing insight into investment decisions and strategies throughout the Americas region.
