PALO ALTO, CA-DTZ has appointed Daniel Latini as SVP in DTZ's Palo Alto, CA office, which provides its multi-market and international clients with global corporate real estate services under one roof, including transaction management, portfolio advisory, project services and workplace strategy, and facilities management. Latini studied finance at the University of San Francisco, and is a member of CoreNet Global. During his 26-year career in commercial real estate, Latini has a significant focus on the technology sector throughout Silicon Valley and Northern California, and has been responsible for lease/acquisition transactions valued in excess of $1 billion.
