BATON ROUGE— Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) completed the sale of a seven-building, 519,137 square-foot portfolio of office properties in Baton Rouge and New Orleans, Louisiana.

Songy Highroads, an Atlanta-based firm, purchased the properties from Kimco Realty Corporation. Songy Highroads recently purchased the Galleria Plaza, a mixed-use project in Houston.

Included in the Louisiana portfolio are Latter Center West in New Orleans, Sherwood Oaks, Citiplace One, Corporate Atrium, Acadian Centre, Corporate Two, and Citiplace Two located in Baton Rouge.
