DALLAS- Glen Oaks Crossings, ground-up development by Corinth Properties, opened a new Walmart Supercenter in southern Dallas.
The shopping center, located at Interstate 35 and Loop 12, is anchored by the new Walmart Supercenter and will add much needed amenities to this “grocery desert.”
“The area is underserved, the nearest grocery store was over three miles away,” said Terrence Maiden, EVP of Development at Corinth Properties.
Construction begins next month on 42,000 square feet of retail space, finishing out the second half of Phase I. Tenants for that project include Quick Trip and four restaurants and banks. Phase II will add an additional 30,000 square feet in Phase II. Construction is slated to complete later this year.
