NEW YORK and LONDON-Madison International Realty has appointed Alex Lukesch as head of its London office.

Lukesch, who is currently a vice president on the company's investment team and was previously based in the Madison's New York headquarters, will primarily be responsible for the sourcing, underwriting and execution of Madison's equity transactions in the UK and Ireland.

Those responsibilities will include all aspects of financial analysis, transaction structuring and property due diligence. Madison founded its London office in 2010 and has also maintained an office in Frankfurt since 2002.
