NEW YORK CITY--In his most recent blog post, Ethan Penner reveals respondent projections from his earlier post, "Is there Really A Free Lunch Out There?" He also offers his own estimate of benchmarks for the new year.

Citing his belief that the US government will continue to be interventionist monetarily, he finds himself in agreement with the reader-sourced numbers in that there is largely an optimistic outlook for the US benchmarks. He also discusses the potential global outlook, and sees a 2014 much more volatile by comparison, and discusses what this will mean for continued global investment.
